All motorhome hires are subject to a minimum 3-night booking period. The hire agreement begins upon collection or delivery of the vehicle and ends upon its return to Harris Motorhome Hire or an agreed delivery point. All hirers must be aged 25 or over and hold a valid, full UK or EU driving licence.
Prices are dynamic and vary by season (peak, shoulder, and off-peak). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before the hire start date. Delivery fees are charged based on the selected zone and include return collection.
Comprehensive insurance is included in the hire cost. A refundable security deposit of £750 is held against any damage, excessive cleaning, or late return. The deposit is returned within 14 days of vehicle return, subject to satisfactory inspection.
Cancellations made 8+ weeks before the hire start date: deposit forfeited. 4–8 weeks: 50% of total hire cost. Under 4 weeks: 100% of total hire cost. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
The hirer is responsible for the proper care of the vehicle during the hire period. The motorhome must be returned in the same condition as collected, with a full tank of fuel. An excessive cleaning charge of up to £150 may apply.
